Construction cleaning is one of the most technically demanding commercial cleaning scopes. It requires specialized equipment, trained crews, and a precise sequence of work aligned to construction milestones.

Dust, debris, adhesive residue, paint overspray, we remove it all with precision and efficiency, leaving a space that looks exactly as it was designed to.

Standard janitorial services are not equipped for construction environments.

Here's why:

  • Drywall dust is 1–10 microns, fine enough to pass through a standard vacuum and recirculate into the air. Our crews use HEPA-filter vacuums rated to 0.3 microns.

  • New tile grout haze requires diluted acidic solutions, not standard floor cleaners. It is very easy to cause damage to new surfaces when not aware of the right procedures and products.

  • Adhesive and tape residue on windows, floors, and fixtures demands specialist solvents that won't damage new finishes.

  • Active construction sites require PPE compliance, hard hats, safety vests, steel-toed boots, and WHMIS/SDS awareness for all chemical products used. Our crews work with your site-specific instructions to ensure the safety of our people and others working on-site.

  • Other special Architectural materials and surfaces require specific cleaning procedures; we follow the manufacturer's instructions, or better yet, ensure the finishes expected from the design phase.
